I had a deep tissue massage yesterday - it was amazing! I have OA and a skeletal problem that affects my hip. I noticed the difference when I walked out after the treatment, I had a painless nights sleep last night and feel great this morning. I would highly recommend having a regular deep tissue massage to everyone - it works! And Charlotte was very knowledgeable, talked to me about lifestyle, diet too. Big thumbs up from me!
