  Bought a laptop from currys told no disc now have to use usb stick costing £35 said ok told them password.took laptop and tried could not use as password incorrect took back they tried to take password off unable to so had to reinstall windows8.1 .picked up took home tried again password ok but could not get into bios as it was password protected. took back again and told I must have put bios password in told I did not to which i was told i was lyimg. to which the compte engineer replied he does not no how to go into the bios and they have done this to stop him fromm putting a dual operating system on and they were in the wrong the manager said I no the law so you are wrong.WER may be able to fix but not sure said I want my money back. note could not take bacr un opened as they opened it up set up and put back up on usb stick they put wrong password in they put password on bios so i beleive it vis entirely their fault I bought a laptop to have dual operating systems on and they have prevented me from doing so why can`t I have my money back.
